Steps to Start the preschool - 12 ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
1. Gather the needed documents which include:
- State Issued Birth Certificate
- Current Immunizations
- Current Parent/Guardian State Issued Identification
- Proof of Residency - we require 2 forms:
- List of items accepted on the New Student Registration Form is in Final Forms or listed under Forms & Documents in the dropdown on this Enrollment page.
2. Click on the parent icon for Final Forms and create a new account. Follow directions to confirm your account, or add a student to your current account. Save your password. You will use this password each year to update your account.
3. Complete ALL of the forms, sign, and submit each one.
Upload the required documents to Final Forms:
- You can take a picture with your phone or scan to upload.
- You may also email documents to:
- Grades Preschool - 5 to whitt.m@norwoodschools.org
- Grades 6 - 12 to barber.a@norwoodschools.org
4. After Completing steps 1 - 3 above:
- For Preschool - 5th grade students, contact Mrs. Whitt if you need further assistance 513-924-2506.
- For 6th - 12th students, please contact Mrs. Barber at 513-924-2809 to discuss next steps and getting your class schedule.
Note: If you do not have internet access or need help, contact us to set up a time to use a school computer.
